Posted here are the laws and conduct that the residents of Circo Phantasia must adhere to. Breaking any of these rules may result in punishment, which range in severity.
GENERAL
• The most important obligation here is your loyalty. You will be given a choice to stay or leave. Once that decision is made, it will be extremely difficult to opt for the other option.
• Respect all staff here, as well as one another. Our government only exits to aid you.
• Violence is not tolerated. If there is a problem between you and another oddity, please take it to the officials.
• Please pay heed to your language. There will be no vulgarity around the younger oddities here.
• Do not abandon the grounds without consenting me or a higher ranked staff member first. We do not want to go on lock down due to an account of a missing oddity. There is no reason for you to attempt to run away if our circus is where you truly want to stay.
• Curfew is at eleven o’ clock pm. You may stay up, but we do not wish for oddities to be walking around late at night.
• Public drunkenness will not be tolerated.
• Do not disturb those temporarily located to the jail. They are there for a reason.
• If a meeting is called for in the big top, it absolutely must be attended.
• Technology here is kept at a minimum. Though I some allow small electronics for personal use, anything that can communicate with the outside world is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to cellular devices and computers.
UPKEEPING/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Do not litter. We wish to keep our town as neat as possible.
• Everyone here must have an occupation of some sort. There are four categories- Staff members, main event performers, side show performers, and technical crew. A talent advisor will suggest a course for you, though it is ultimately your decision as to what you want to be. It is imperative that everyone contributes to our circus.
• The animals present at the ranch are temporarily brought in from an outside source for our performances. They are all rescued and are thus sensitive. Please do not mistreat them.
• For each occupation it is crucial that you do your absolute best in each area. Performers not in top shape will not be allowed with us on a performance.
• On that same token, income is earned individually based on one’s performance. Though basic living is covered by us, luxuries and enhancements are all taken care of by you.
OUT OF GROUNDS
• If you desire something that is not here, such as clothing, you must either order it from the general store or consult us. Certain requests will be denied, however.
• When on a performance, please be on your best behavior. It is a privilege, not a right. Additionally, not all oddities will attend the performances.
• Those staying home will be trusted with the up keeping of the town. Please respect any staff that has taken my place for responsibility.
• Attendance will be taken before and after we depart. Do not be late.
• Please be kind to ordinaries. Regular humans may not understand us, so patience is absolutely necessary for them. If you are in any way hurt or offended by one, please consult us immediately before taking your own action.
• Do not reveal personal information to ordinaries. Avoid large press groups and heavy questioning as much as possible. Friendliness is supported; personal relationships are not.
• Do not leave the temporary fairgrounds without our permission. Staff members will be trusted with their duty, and any slip up can result in the relinquishment of their responsibility.
• When our performance has concluded, we leave without a trace. There cannot be any evidence as to where we were and where we are heading to.
Your cooperation with our conduct is greatly appreciated. If there are any questions, do not be afraid to ask.
